Terrain Training BootCamp sessions are run at the following locations/times:
Monday's & Friday's: 5:30am-6:30am @ Seaworld Drive, Main Beach. Meet in the car park next to the Sheraton Mirage car park.
Wednesday's: 5:30am-6:30am @ Obstacle Park - 7027 Nerang Southport Road, Nerang.
The 6 Week Fit Blitz program allows you to attend 2x sessions per week, for the 6 week duration.
Terrain Training bootcamp is for all levels of fitness. It is a high intensity workout, and no two sessions are ever repeated, ensuring all participants are constantly challenged!
