The Cockatoo and Cupcake Cups are the first race of the 2017 PNSW Harbour Series for Surf Skis, Spec Skis, SUPs, Outrigger Canoes & Sea Kayaks. This race is Sydney Harbour based and takes place on Sheltered Waters - on flatter / easier water conditions, unless there is a big wind. See details below.

Note: Sea Kayaks & SUP are 7.25km short course ONLY

All paddlers must wear a Level 50 Lifejacket.
All Ski paddlers are to bring a Leg Leash for use on the day at race director's discretion, based on current conditions.
All SUP paddlers must wear a leg-leash regardless of conditions.
We strongly recommend that Sea Kayaks use a Spray Deck as you may encounter wash from large motor cruisers on Australia Day and it only takes one big wave to ruin your race...
