Open to Solo swimmers—Open Water and Wetsuit divisions, Duo and Quad teams.
Registrations for TEAMS will be at 6:00 am and SOLOS from 6:30 am at PRSC—Team briefing at 6:45 am—boarding boats at 7:00 am. Solo briefing at 7:20 am. Relay swimmers 2,3 and 4 need to board boats, therefore late registration may prevent your team from swimming.
Sea Rescue craft, Albany S.L.S.C and paddlers will patrol the course for safety. All team swimmers are to leave the water at the completion of their designated leg.
Masters Swimming Western Australia OWS Rules apply. As a participant in this Open Water Swim event sanctioned by Masters Swimming WA, you are advised that only members of Masters Swimming are covered by personal accident insurance. All participants remain covered for Public Liability, however non-members are encouraged to have their own personal insurance.
$300 + medal each to first Male and Female Open Water swimmers—$200 second placed and $100 third placed
Gold medal to first Male and Female Wetsuit swimmers
Bronze medal to all age group winners
All swimmers will receive an event towel and cap
