NUMBERING
Please ensure you have a number of the back of your shirt or chest plate and bike and that these numbers match. Include this number in your registration. Scoring will be taken from the rear facing numbers and if your number can not be seen you will not be scored. White board, cable ties and a black marker will be available to assist on the day with creation of a number if needed.
ASSISTANCE ON THE NIGHT
We can not run our events without assistance on the night with flagging and scoring in particular. It is expected you assist in some way either prior to or during the night or bring a helper to assist on your behalf. A list of allocated roles will be sent prior to the event, you will be expected to nominate something, insufficient help results in a long night and delays, which will result in a cut in race time if needed.

All registrations must be online, last event was almost at capacity so register early. Those wishing to pay cash must contact Cherie Pearse: 0448528892 ( 04485ATVWA) to make alternative arrangements, but will still be expected to register online.
