Upper Beaconsfield Tower Run/Walk 
This is the FIRST of two consecutive local Fun Runs with thanks to the Beaconsfield District Community Bank Branch Bendigo  Bank
Sunday 19th February 2017 

The Upper Beaconsfield Tower Run/Walk first started in 1997 and today it is an undulating to hilly course of about 6.5 kms around the streets and tracks of Upper Beaconsfield. The course takes participants from the townshipe (Charing Cross) to the Water Tower and back. This event is part of the Annual Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival which features many stalls, shows, food, entertainment and activities for all the family.

 

Sunday 26th February 2017 - Berwick Show  Run/Walk

Free entry to the Berwick Show on this day with every registration!!!

5km (approx) course held on the Sunday of the Annual Berwick Show. Starting and finishing on the main oval adjacent to the Akoonah Park Centre. The course takes participants to the footbridge, past the Beaconsfield Oval, along a bush track to and along Melbourne Water's pipeline to Inglis Road, along Inglis Rd to Beaconsfield-Emerald Road and back along bush tracks to the finish or take on a second lap to make it 10km (approx).  
Net Proceeds will be donated to the YMCA Open Doors Program. Supported by Brad Battin MP, State Member for Gembrook, and Mayor and Ward councillors of City of Casey.


 

 

We are pleased to announce that the 2016 fun runs will be electronically timed. All participants will wear a bib throughout the race and times will be immediately recorded as the start and finish lines are crossed.  Times and results are also available online as they occur.

Register on the day at the Rotunda at Charing Cross Reserve from 7:30 am ($5 surcharge for on the day registrations).

This year, bib and singlet collection will be available before the day from the office of Alex Scott and Staff located at 49 High Street, Berwick. Collection will be available from Monday 13th of February (9-5:30pm) and Saturday 20th of February (9-4pm).

Entry Fees: $25 Students and $35 Adults. Register online now at this price to avoid a $5 surcharge per participant for on the day registrations.

Nominate your group and be in the running for a $500 prize for the group with the most participants.
