Your fees for 2017 entitle you to the following
Goalkick - Under 11: FFV registration, player insurance, coaching, match fees, socks and shorts, medallion or trophy at presentation day.
Under 12 - Seniors: all of the above plus FFV referee fees.
What team do I register for?
During the registration process you will see what age group you need to register with based on year of birth (eg if you are born in the year 2005 you will have to register with the Under 12s). All teams Under 11 and below are mixed teams and while the Under 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s have female only teams, girls are more than welcome to register in the predominantly boys teams in these age groups if they choose.
Teams will ONLY be finalised once numbers registered make up enough players to field a team with the FFV. If minimum numbers cannot be reached we will contact all affected players and offer alternative teams to make sure all kids get on the pitch.
The registration process will include some generic information about the game group including kick off time matches generally take place, however this does vary dependant on whether it is a Home or Away match.
2017 fees
Most of the fees in 2017 have been reduced from previous years, as we have sought to make this more affordable for you.

Please note that a $10 online transaction fee will be charged along with the registration fees. It is a cost that imposed by the online registration company, so we are only passing that fee on.
This year Chelsea FC will have all newly designed uniforms with our new supplier Masita. Also, the club will be buying the new playing tops, so this cost has not been included in the fees. Socks and shorts are included as part of your fees with the club at time of registration so that all players have the same uniform. The playing top will be handed to you on loan at the beginning of the year and will be returned back to the club at the end of the season.
Family Discount
Families with 2 or more registered players will receive a 7% discount across the ENTIRE registration cost (which works out equivalent to previous years partial discounts). Please ensure you register all players at the same time to receive this discount.
Refunds
If you decided to leave Chelsea FC or have a season ending injury, the following are the conditions:
From the start of the season to end of May, any player who withdraws through injury or wants to leave Chelsea FC, you will only receive a 30% refund off the rego fee only (not including uniform or processing fee).
After 1st June, no refunds will be given.

This process is for players to register with Chelsea FC only. You will still need to register seperately with the FFV during 2017 (the FFV portal usually opens up in March / April - the club will notify all registered members when this is to be completed)
