Level 0 Skills Program

The Level 0 Skills Program is an introduction to MTB skills for parents of Alpine Cycling Club junior MTB riders who want to learn some basic skills to get them out on the trails with their kids; it is a graduated program for adult learners.  You must have a Mountain Bike Australia membership ( http://www.mtba.asn.au/membership/) a mountain bike in good working order, an Australian Standard Helmet, you should wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes and bring a drink bottle; the session will start just after 4.30pm on Tuesday afternoons from 7 February 2017, and will require a commitment of 5 weeks.  There are limited places, so please do not register for the program if you cannot attend all sessions.
