Important dates
18th of November
2016 members have first preference of the first 300 memberships from 18th of November 2016-14th of January 2017
Wait listed individuals will be offered the additional 50 memberships on the 18th of November
14th of January
Any memberships not acquired by current members/ wait listed will be open to all (memberships will be no longer reserved).
About us
Our club is a non profit organisation that offers a safe place for quads, 2 wheeler and SxS vehicles to ride. All disciplines are welcome and we have a strict no hassle policy. If you do not wish to share your club and track with the above disciplines then we are not the club for you.
Our events are social and not bound by the rules/ regulations of formal racing. We are not MA affiliated.
We offer a range of membership options including single and family prices on full, event and day memberships.
Membership Types
Full membership
Allows access to a track key, discounts at events and permission to ride at all times and camping with committee permission. (some weather restrictions apply due to fire risk but are outlined in Membership Book available on the website www.atvwa.com and sent out via email with membership)
Event memberships
Are limited to 50 and allow discounts at our events only. (Not required to complete Busy Bee duties)
Day memberships
Permits non members to attend the track
with current members for a day or overnight. These are available to single and family participants. NOTE: you must make payment and complete a waiver form before riding, the membership officer will forward you this once the online application has been completed.
MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
Once payment is completed on Register Now a form will be emailed to you for completion, once returned to the memberships officer signed, your key can be collected or will be mailed out if you have paid the postage.
NOTE: If postage is not paid you will need to collect the key

Full membership $105 from the 26th of May $75
Event membership $70 (only 50 available)
FAMILY (members in the same household and one family, up to 2 adults and 5 dependent children) not extended family

DAY MEMBERSHIP (prices reduced for January)
Can only be accessed if attending track with a current member or committee on an open day/ advertised day or with a current member
(under their supervision).

Family $65 Day $95 overnight (2 days riding and camping)
Single $35 Day $55 overnight (2 days riding and camping)
You must return waiver form signed and take receipt with you when riding on a day pass.
Note
Due to the cost of Ambulance transport from our track if needed, it is essential you have Ambulance Cover. If you do not have cover you are accepting the costs of the transport.
Also please be familiar with club rules and age restrictions for bike capacity before joining, these are available online at www.atvwa.com
Life members
Although there is not a fee for life members it is expected they complete the online registration prior to receiving the membership pack.
Busy Bees or Contribution to club Expectations (Full memberships only)
Being a non profit and volunteer run club, it is expected once throughout the year that all members contribute some time/ resources to the club. This can be in the form of a donations of goods or services, significant sponsorship, attend one busy bee, assist committee with events or preparation with events, complete busy bee like duties through arrangement with memberships officer (completed work on non busy bee days) or payment of the $75 busy bee fee. If you do not contribute to the club over the year you will not be able to obtain memberships in the next membership year
NO EXCEPTIONS. All contributions must be reported to the membership officer so you can be checked off the contributions list. We will not follow up or warn individuals and we will not chase contributions.

Creating a Family membership
Just a little additional information, when completing a family membership, you create your family admin member first then you will be prompted to add the admin to the family first before adding other members. If the payment amount doesn't appear it is because you have not added the members yet.
