TERM 4, 2016: “TECHNIQUE, AGILITY & ENDURANCE”
WHY TRACKSTARS FOR YOUR CHILD? With a programme developed and managed by our Physiotherapy team and Perth's leading senior coaches (including dietitian, exercise physiologist,school teacher and an engineer) at each session, to ensure your child receives individual attention encouraging maximum participation and best attention to detail. Priority is given to running technique, supported by a strong focus on fun, speed, fitness, agility, movement patterns and skill awareness - your child will become a better, stronger more skilled runner.
HOW WILL YOUR CHILD BENEFIT? You will see a big change in your child's run technique, coordination and confidence with increased fitness as an added bonus - which transfers across all kids sports increasing participation and performance levels, also in everyday activities.
Term 4 will include 3 specific challenges: Agility Circuit I Endurance Challenge I X Country Challenge
"Teaching children at a young age the Skill of Running, will stay with them for the rest of their lives".
