This year our ride will raise much needed funds for The Butterfly Foundation, a national organisation that provides support services for people suffering from body image issues. Why this charity? Many of our men and women join our training to improve their fitness, self esteem, confidence and build social support networks. We believe that exercise plays an integral part of a healthy mind and a healthy body. To put back into services that support individuals not fortunate enough to confront these issues is one of our goals for 2016. We hope you support us in our aims and join us for a great day out on our bikes!
The 100km ride is open to men and women and is supported by the Cycling Development Foundation and the Exercise Institute.
