Instructions

  • All entries are $60 for the Blacksmiths and Redhead Walks and $50 for the Family Walk from Merewether (2 adults and 2 kids)
  • All competitors must be 13 years or over on 10 SEP 17 for the full B2B Walk or the Redhead start.
  • All entries close at 17:00pm (5pm EDST) on the Wednesday before the event (06 SEP 17).  There are no on-the-day entries, but if spots are available we will take in-person entries at the Event Pack Pickup.  
  • Event Packs can be picked up on the day before the B2B Walk (Saturday 09 SEP 17) at Newcastle Surf Club between 10:00 and 16:00
  • You will receive entry confirmation via email when you enter the event online.
  • Everything you need to know about the B2B Walk will be available for download one week before the event. It will also be emailed to you at email address you used when registering.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: Sorry, there are no refunds under any circumstances.  As this is a charity fundraiser and not a commercial profit-maker we hope you'll understand. If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, no refunds will be issued but we will do our best to reschedule and will automatically transfer everyone across to the new date.
