Dear Riders

The R&D Speed Shop Women's 130km is a fully supported ride from R&D Speed Shop to Yanchep NP and return. The route has been chosen to be picturesque as well as safe, and includes aid stations to refuel and keep you going. The ride features groups that are suited to your ability with ride leaders, as well as on course nutrition and mechanical support.

The R&D Speed Shop Women’s 130km will be open for registrations on April 26th at 9am AWST and the cost for each participant is $140.00 and is available to road bikes only with riders who can use clip in pedals; flat bars, mountain bikes, hybrids and BMX bikes are not accepted on this ride. 

Before registering you will need to ensure that you have Cycling Australia insurance, no other insurance will be accepted for the purpose of this ride. You are able to purchase insurance that will cover you for one day, three months or a full year, when it comes to choosing a club choose the one that is either closest to your riding area or a club that has rides that you think you will be able to get to.

In your ride registration you will receive:
- An 8 week training program from VeloCoaching www.velocoaching.com.au
- 15% off all Bindi Nutrition orders over $50.00 from www.bindinutrition.com.au (our drink provider on the day)
- Two month free access to The Sufferfest online app www.thesufferfest.com

Rider groups:
- Ride in a group suited to your ability
- Groups start together and finish together
- Two ride leaders per group (1 with First Aid Qualifications)

On the day:
- All nutrition provided (food intolerance's catered for)
- Mechanical support provided by R&D Speed Shop 
- Sag wagon provided by R&D Speed Shop
- A fully insured event

This event is the first of its kind in Western Australia, a fully supported women’s only ride from Claremont to Yanchep return.
