BASIC INFORMATION

Note, age is calculated based on race day date

Hydrothon (Swim 1km, Paddle 9km, Run 8km) open to individual ($80) or 3 person team ($40pp).

Categories: Individual, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ (M/F) | Team, Male, Female and Mixed.

Age: Must be at least 16 at time of event

H4K ($40) Swim 500mtrs, Board Paddle 1km, Run 2.5km open to individuals aged 11-15 only

Categories: Short Board, Long Board

H2K  ($15) Swim 250mtrs, Board Paddle 500mtrs, Run 1.25km open to individuals aged 9-10 only.
(This is an introductory, fun event for kids. No times will be recorded.

Category: Short Board (foamie or fiberglass)
