Thanks for registering for Winter Juniors 2016! Once we have received your registration and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from us with extra information regarding the camp.
​Please note the prices for camp are as follows:
Early-Bird Discount (for registrations received before 28th May 2016): $270
Standard Registration (for registrations received after 28th May 2016): $290

If you have 3 or more children attending either the Inters or Juniors camp please call the Baptist Ministry Centre on 6313 6300 BEFORE you register to secure a family discount.
ONLY Credit card payments will be accepted.

Refund Policy
The Baptist Ministry Centre will need to be notified about any camp cancellation in order for refunds to be issued. Cancellations before 23rd June 2017 will incur a $20 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations past 23rd June 2017.

We are careful to keep your information confidential, and provide it only to those agents acting on behalf of the organisation who need it to enable them to perform their agreed activities (e.g. First Aid Officer). We will not use your information for other purposes. You are welcome to contact our office in relation issues regarding your personal information and for a copy of our Privacy Policy.
We only ask for information that is necessary for the purposes outlined in this statement. In some circumstances if you don’t provide us with all requested information you could miss the opportunity to be involved in our program.
