IBS is a common and poorly understood condition which can be challenging to manage, however there are effective therapies!

Improve your understanding of IBS and develop effective management strategies to improve the quality of life of your patients.

This one day workshop will be held in the Function and Convention Centre at The Royal Melbourne Hospital on Sunday 17th April 2016 from 10AM to 3PM. The workshop is aimed at health professionals, including doctors (of all varieties), nurses, dietitians, psychologists and physiotherapists.

The workshop will is presented by the Australasian Neurogastroenterology and Motility Association, supported by Healthpathways and sponsored by Bayer.

the workshop will cover the pathogeneis of IBS, how to make the Diagnosis and will focus on Effective Management Strategies including Pharmacological, Dietary, Psychological and Physiotherapy based treatments.

The workshop will finish with a series of case discussions with audience participation.
