Gundagai Camping Mud Muster 2016

By paying the tariff for a weekend campsite you agreeing to a legal document and this payment is confirmation of your acceptance of all terms, conditions and responsibilities. This payment of the tariff by the hirer constitutes an agreement to hire the use of the facilities at the Gundagai Show Ground Mud Muster campsite.

Where the booking is cancelled prior to booked date by 100% Events, the hirer is entitled to a full refund.

100% Events or its appointed agents reserves the right to terminate the occupancy for breach of the “General Conditions for Hire”. Or for any other reason at their total discretion. 100% Events or their appointed agents are empowered to take action as deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the camping area.

Any personal information including medical details provided to 100% events will remain confidential and only used for the purposes for which it is collected.

The quoted cost is per site and is inclusive of GST.

I have read the information above and the attached “General Conditions for Hire” and Camping Rules and Discipline requirements and I agree to abide by them. I also acknowledge it is my responsibility to inform the other people registered for my site of these conditions.

CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The grounds are to be maintained in a clean condition by the campers hiring a campsite. Tent camping groups are required to maintain their campsites in a clean and hygienic state.

For the health and safety of the hire group the numbers of campers must not exceed 5 people of any age on the site. Campers found exceeding these numbers may be be removed from the camping area.

Campers are required to remove all rubbish from their sites and place in appropriate waste disposal units.

Groups must not enter the Mud Muster Venue prior to the allocated event times. The event time is those hours between 8am and 4pm on the day of the event.

(i) Procedures. In the event of an emergency all campers are required to follow the instructions of emergency services personnel.

iii) Fires. No fire may be lit on the property at any time.

(i)  Damage and loss. All breakages and losses to venue property or equipment are to be reported to the camp host. They will be invoiced to the hiring group.

(ii)  100% Events, Gundagai Show Ground Trust takes no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property. Groups are only permitted to access the buildings to which they have been allocated.

(ii) Parking. All vehicle parking is strictly at the owner’s risk and only in designated car parks. Heavy vehicles are to use designated “Hard Turning” and “Drop-Off” areas clearly marked.

(iii) Speed restrictions. Speed restrictions apply and are strictly enforced.

(iv) The environment. The Gundagai Show Grounds and camping area can be home to native flora and fauna. No person is permitted to bring firearms, animals or pets onto the property or to disturb the natural environment. Garbage is to be placed in designated areas.

( v) Smoke free environment. All buildings at Gundagai Show Ground and Race Track are designated smoke free zones.

(vii) Out of bounds areas. All paddocks, gates, workshops, sheds, residences, stables, race track and surrounding property are ‘out of bounds’. Other areas including work sites obstacle course are ‘out of bounds.’

(i) Emergency calls. The camp hosts or a representative of 100% Events are to be informed of any calls for emergency services.

Any person camping under the age of 18 must be in the company of a parent or guardian there is no camping available to groups under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The camp host, representatives from the Gundagai Show Ground Trust, the Gundagai Rodeo Club, the Gundagai Turf Club or 100% Events reserve the right to terminate the occupancy without notice for breach of the General Conditions for Hire. Park any of the above groups or there appointed representatives are empowered to take action as deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the Venue.

Prices for the Venue apply to groups of between 1 to 5 people.

Care and common-sense should be taken in all buildings.

Campers are expected to and asked to respect other people camping and those who also use the show ground, race course and rodeo facilities, others personal property and the environment.

All noise must cease by 10.30 p.m.
