2016 Advanced Perth Marathon Training Course 

Are you chasing a sub 3hr Marathon? Have you already run below 3.30 and looking for a big PB?

Join the Front Runner Sports team for our 14 week Advanced Perth Marathon Training Course. 

Led by Physiotherapist and Leading Marathon Coach, Raf Baugh and Level 3 IAAF Coach and Sports Scientist, Ben Green you have the confidence of training in Perth's leading training environment with professional coaches and system that has assisted 24 runners sub 3hr; 10 runners sub 2.40 and 2 runners sub 2.30hr in the past 3 years.


For only $449 (inc GST) per participant you will receive the following :

  • 14 week Marathon Specific Training Plan, utilising the "Integrated Marathon System" consisting of 4 key training cycles- base strength- threshold- race specific and peaking
  • 3 coached group sessions per week, commencing Tuesday 8th March.
  • Session 1: Speed and Skill 5.30pm Tuesday WA Athletics Centre OR 5.30pm Monday Dodd Street, Lake Monger
  • Session 2: Threshold 5.30pm Thursday Dodd Street, Lake Monger OR 6.00am The Running Centre
  • Session 3: Tempo Run 6.30am Lake Herdsman
  • Specific race preparation training: key pace runs and specific training sessions to ensure you are physically, mentally and emotionally aligned with the Marathon challenge. 
  • Optional Pre Race specific Training Camp at Dunsborough, May 6-8th at cost of only $200 all inclusive meals, accom and training
