1. Enter as an individual full distance (min age of 20 on event day)

2. Enter as part of a relay team of up to 8 people (min age of 14 on event day)

3. Or enter in any of the four single discipline races as an individual or a relay team (min age of 14 on event day)


Quadrathlon Race Format
Swim, run, cycle and paddle over a challenging 141 km (88 mile) course from Yarrawonga to Tocumwal.
Swim:
3.2km Inland open water swim from the Yarrawonga Rowing Club (which is a 700 meter walk from the Yacht club).
Run:
21.1km Running of the Black Bull Half Marathon - a mixture of both on road and off road trail running.
Bike:
91.5km Road bike time trial - transition area at the Yarrawonga Rowing Club.
*There will be no closed roads and all cyclists must obey road rules and are deemed to be a regular road user.
Paddle:
25km Peaches and Cream paddle - twist and turn through the Murray River Red Gum Forest passing some of Australia’s best inland beaches to arrive at Tocumwal Town Beach completing a total of 141km of Physical endurance.
