Registrations are now closed, please phone 0433 242 748 if you still want to enter, and yes, we accept entries on the day.
Please note, any profit from this race goes to one of the charities we
support, and at our discretion, the surplus funds will be distributed to
these worthy organisations in Australia and South
Africa (currently).
If you enter, and fail to turn up on race day, there will be no refunds, under any circumstance.
If for any reason, we cancel the race, we will retain 20% of your entry
fee for our administration costs,
to cover our costs up
until that time, Unfavourable
weather conditions-Rain/Storms , flooded course etc, not heat, will be the main reason
for cancellation.
If we do have to cancel, then our liability will be limited to 80% of your entry fee, travel and accommodation costs in getting to our race, will be the responsibility of the entrant, whether we race or not.
If you don't accept the above terms, its simple, don't enter. (Its your choice)
Further more by entering this event, you consent to your personal
information being provided to Athletics Australia Ltd and ‘state
association’ for the purpose of registering you as a recreational
running class of member of ‘state association’ and for administering the
iRun program. You further consent to receiving information (including
via iRun and email) about the iRun program including details of other
events and special offers or promotions.
