Hi and welcome.
This is the registration site for all David's Posture & Flexibility classes for Term 3, 2016.
These classes use the P.N.F. (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) method of stretching. This is also known as Contract/Relax stretching as this reasonably describes the way the practices are undertaken. A pose is adopted that brings a stretch to a particular area in the body. The body part that is being targeted is tensed then deliberately relaxed. It is beautifully simple yet amazingly effective.

You will be able to pay by credit card or register your details and make a funds transfer. Continuing students do not have to proceed with this process but can email their intention to return and pay at first class.

Yoga mats are not
provided, you will have to bring your own. I generally bring a couple
of spares, but do not rely on these. Besides, its nicer to have your own
mat. Loose clothing is preferable. It is best not to wear revealing tops and to have cycle pants under shorts.
