Welcome to our inaugural Chelsea FC online player registration for 2016. We have introduced this new facility for your convenience where you will now be able to register your children or yourself - if you are a senior player - from the comfort of your home, work… on your laptop, mobile phone, tablet etc.
SPOTS ONLY AVAILABLE LEFT IN:
Goalkick Saturday and Sunday, Under 7, Under 11, Under 16 and Senior and Masters
Your fees for 2016 entitle you to the following:
Goalkick - Under 11: FFV registration, player insurance, coaching, match fees, uniform (top, shorts, socks), a training ball, medallion or trophy at presentation day
Under 12 - Seniors: all of the above plus a second (away) uniform plus FFV referee fees
(please note that Under 15 and up will not receive a training ball to take home included in their fees. The training ball will be kept at the club and with the coaches as Chelsea FC property)
Please note that a 2.75% online transaction fee is included in the registration costs for 2016
FAMILY DISCOUNT: We have changed the Family Discount structure this year. Families with 2 or more registered players will receive a 7% discount across the ENTIRE registration cost (which works out equivalent to previous years partial discounts). Please ensure you register all players at the same time to receive this discount. Discounts apply for immediate family / siblings ONLY. You are able to add
additional family members / siblings at 'stage 5' in the process.
Upon completion of registration you will be allocated your own Chelsea FC Membership Number (CFCxxx). Hang on to this as it will come in handy during the year when signing up for other training programs or special events where discounts may apply.
Uniforms for 2016
If you are a current Chelsea FC member and want to keep your 2015 uniform and re-use it in 2016, you will be entitled to a $20 discount on your 2016 fees. When filling out your online registration, please add the code UNIFORM in the Promotional field and this will be applied to your final cost. Also discount only applies to 2015 issued uniform (with Seamus Walsh Design logo on the front) and not previous year’s uniform.
Unfortunately this discount offer is NOT VALID for players registering for the Under 12s in 2016, as you will need new both home - blue - and away - red - uniforms and therefore will require a (matching) set of both.
As you would appreciate, trying to fit out 500+ kids with uniforms (and ensure there are no clash numbers in any team) is a very time consuming process so we are hoping you can help make it as easy as possible for our volunteers.
- For those players requesting a NEW uniform please ensure you fill in what size uniform you need - this will ensure the club can plan accordingly to have enough of each size ready for the new year.
- For those players keeping their 2015 uniform can you please ensure you supply us with the top number to help us match up new numbers for each team - Under 12s and above if your home and away numbers are difference please ensure you list both when filling in registration. Please ensure you add UNIFORM in the Promotional Code field provided at 'stage 3' in the registration process to receive the $20 discount.
What team do I register for?
During the registration process you will see what age group you need to register with based on year of birth (eg if you are born in the year 2003 you will have to register with the Under 13s). All teams Under 9 and below are mixed teams and while the Under 10s, 11s and 12s have female only teams, girls are more than welcome to register in the predominantly boys teams in these age groups if they choose.
The registration process will include some generic information about the game group including kick off time matches generally take place, however this does vary dependant on whether it is a Home or Away match.
2016 fees
We have endeavoured to minimise any fee increase this year and have allowed a $20 discount if you choose to keep your 2015 uniform for another season as well as our family discount for 2 or more members from the same family. The fees are:
Goalkick - $170 | Under 7 - $295 | Under 8-11 - $365 | Under 12-18 - $465 | Senior Men - $540 | Masters (35+ Men) - $445
Women's Legends (25+) - $45 (for uniform and training ball only - Insurance NOT covered in this package)
