We are excited to present our final course for 2015, Summer Sessions: The Beach Sets (Vol. 4) commencing in the first week of November!
Summer Sessions is all about the beach and aims to challenge your strength and fitness at some iconic locations over some challenging and beautiful coastal terrain. With two sessions per week this course will help you get fitter and stronger ahead of the festive season, with enjoyable and challenging sessions on the beach and coastal surrounds!
You can expect plenty of fun, hard work and variation including:
- Beach Running
- Cross Country Routes
- Circuit conditioning
- Sand dunes
- Hills Reps
- Coastal Fartlek and more!
Full “Summer Sessions” details:
- Commencing on Tuesday OR Wednesday, November 3rd OR 4th
- 12 power packed sessions over 6 weeks
- Session 1: Strength Circuit - Tuesday 6-7am Sorrento SLSC OR Wednesday 6-7am Swanbourne Beach Reserve
- Session 2: Endurance Challenge - Combined Saturday 7-8.30am. Various coastal locations including Swanbourne, City and Trigg Beaches
- Expert coaching from our trusted tertiary qualified staff with additional coaching accreditations
- Expert strength and technique advice from our physiotherapy team
- Great training community of fellow Front Runners all aiming for personal goal attainment in a friendly and encouraging environment
- Course workbook and overview to follow if you work away or miss a session for any reason
