Instructions

The Spring into Seymour ride offers two distances (120km & 200km) both offer fast and flat(ish) courses which take in the towns of Seymour, Nagambie, Murchison and several other northern towns.


 Just watch out for the infamous bike eating Kirwan's Bridge over the Goldburn River outside Nagambie.
