City Afternoon Course
Session 1. Monday 5.30pm Lake Monger Speed Intervals
OR Tuesday 5.30pm WA Athletics Centre Speed Intervals
Session 2. Thursday 5.30pm Lake Monger Long Intervals
Session 3. Saturday 7.00am TRC Race Pace and Tempo
North Course
