Tour of
the Jacarandas– Saturday 21st November
2015
Introduction
The Tour
of the Jacarandas is in its 3rd year
and for 2015 we will be hosting this event at the same time that the Rotary
Club of Applecross will be hosting their Rotary Jacaranda Festival.
While our
Tour of the Jacarandas is a separate and distinct event from the Rotary
Jacaranda Festival with separate start and end locations – we are supportive of
their community initiatives and we encourage participants of our Tour to support
them with their families afterwards.
There is
no other Event that can compare with the Tour of the Jacarandas as we ride
through tree lined streets in South Perth – Como – Manning – Shelley as we make
our way to Ardross and Applecross.
This is a
social recreational cycling event of 40 km which will suit all level of riders
and especially encouraging for the developmental riders to achieve.
Established cyclists – this is your opportunity to mentor and support
your cyclists friends so sign up with them.
It will be
great to also meet up with the family and friends afterwards at the Rotary
Jacaranda Festival to view the arts and crafts and of course enjoy that much
needed cuppa from the cafes nearby.
