Mel Gregory launched into the highly competitive world of retail fashion with no small business or retail experience.  After a very steep learning curve, she has gone on to build a dynamic chain of businesses.  Mel will share with the audience her tips on how to build resilience in both small business and in personal life. She will highlight the importance of developing sound systems and procedures in business as well as how to leverage your best talents.
