50km paddle from Barmah and finishing in Echuca covering part of the traditional 3rd day's course of the Massive Murray Paddle.It's the ideal preperation for paddlers, not only to get some extra KM in the boat, but river conditions, boat set up and equipment.

Event Details:
Barmah Cafe and Post Office will be open in the morning with drinks and food available.
Event check-in and craft scrutineering: 8.30am - 10am. Craft's will be checked for positive buoyancy and to ensure they fit the correct compeititve class. All adults must as a minimum carry a PFD on board. Juniors are required to wear a PFD at all times.
Event briefing: 10.30am - all paddlers must be in attendance for the breifing, which will be held at the Start Line.
Start: Victorian town of Barmah, at the Barmah Bridge (Vic Roads Map 31 H2)
11am: All Canadians
11.10am: All single Touring Kayaks
11.20am: All double Touring Kayaks
11.30am: All single Kayaks
11.40am: All double Kayaks
*Juniors by appointment will start at Checkpoint 2 (Delta) and paddle the last stage of 22km.

Start to Checkpoint 1 (Charlie): 12km
Checkpoint 1 (Charlie) to Checkpoint 2 (Delta): 16km
Checkpoint 2 (Delta) to Finish: 22km
Finish: Echuca - at Victoria Park Boat Ramp (Vic Roads Map 266). Most paddlers are expected to be off the water around 3.30-4pm.
Presentations & Event Dinner: will be held in Echuca / Moama, (venue TBC) 6.30pm for dinner and at 7.30pm we'll kick off paddler presentations.
