Introduction

 

Thank you for agreeing to be a exhibitor for the TCWA Cycling Trade Show which is presented by the Perth Integrated Health Cycling Group (PIHCG).

 

As close synergy partners in cycling TCWA and PIHCG have decided to combine their respective Trade Shows to one big one to held at the Speed Dome in Midvale

 

Date: Sunday the 28th June 2015.

 

Trade Show Time: 10 am to 230 pm.

 

Bump In Options:

 

Saturday the 27th June 2015 from 430 pm to 600 pm. Preferred as there will be very limited parking on Sunday morning.

Sunday the 28th June 2015 from 900 am to 945 am.

 

Bump Out Time:

 

Trade Show closes at 230 pm and bump out will be from 245 pm onwards.

Exhibitors are not to Bump Out from the time of 10 am to 245 pm therefore.

 

Booth Space:

 

All exhibitors are limited to a space of 3 m x 3 m in dimensions.

Tents are advised to define your space but not compulsory as the Trade Show is held indoors.

Those who require ONE power outlet (maximum per exhibitor) must fill in the appropriate details below.

 

Music:

 

Exhibitors are not permitted to play any music from their stand as this will conflict with the PA system of the adjacent Winter GP.

 

Insurance:

 

Exhibitors agree that they partake of this Trade Show with their own comprehensive public liability insurance coverage.

 

Promotion:

 

Your participation in this Trade Show also includes co-promotion of this Trade Show via your social media outlets and through your database as produced by the Cycling Trade Show Manager for the TCWA Cycling Trade Show.  Fellow exhibitors are to co-promote this event so that collectively the synergy created will enable a huge audience participation for everyone’s mutual benefit.

 

Staffing:

 

A minimum of two staff members is recommended but at the peak times up to 3 to 4 people present would assist with your presence and reaching out to the audience.

 

Set Up and Pull Down:

 

Vendors are expected to do their own set up and pull down of exhibits and displays at the Trade Show with no recourse or manpower on the part of the Trade Show organisers.

 

Entry Passes:

 

Two complimentary entry passes are provided as part of the exhibitors package and any additional passes required will need to be purchased with the entry to the Winter GP or the nearby Cyclosportif

 

Food and Beverages:

 

No food or beverages other than sample food or hydration and nutrition suppliers are permitted to be sold at this Trade Show per the standing agreement with Venuswest who are the owners of this venue.

 

Parking:

 

Parking within the complex of the Speed Dome is the onus and personal responsibility of the exhibitors of the Trade Show.
