This is the
BGCC's 25th Birthday Party and Presentation Dinner!
If you have any photos - historical or otherwise - which you are willing to share with other diners, please send them (electronically) so they can be displayed throughout the evening.
Dinner Menu:
Entrees - Potato & Crispy Bacon Soup with Smoked Paprika
or Shaved Smoked Chicken, Citrus & Avocado Salsa
Mains - Baked Wild-caught Barramundi Fillet with Parisian Potato Puree, Sauteed Prawns and Cream Saffron Sauce
or Slow-cooked Lamb Pot-pie with Glazed Baby Vegetables and Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Dessert - Birthday Cake! Tea/Coffee and After-dinner Mints
A number of different family groupings have been put on this site, however, if your family grouping is not present, please email
membership@bgcc.org.au and a grouping suitable for your family will be added to the site-menu.
The tables will have setting for 8 people. There is a small discount if you pay for a table of 8 in one payment. If you would like to be seated at a particular table, then please let us know who you want to be with, perhaps with a Table Name!
