Welcome to the on-line registration page for the "2016 Noah's Adventure Challenge" which will be held on Sunday 15 May 2016 at the Shoalhaven Campus - Wollongong University, George Evans Road, Mundamia (West Nowra)

The Entry Fees are per person:

  Adult Entry
  18-90yrs    $100 per person

Student (full time) 12-18yrs $50 per person
Student (full time)  18-25yrs     $75 per person
  

Business/Community Entry (Team of 2-6)   $500 per team

 

This race is designed for teams of two and both team members must start and finish the race together.  If  you are in a Business/Community Team each leg of the event must be completed by any 2 team members, 2 team members must start and finish the race together.
  
All children under 14 years must be supervised by an adult (at least 18 years of age).

The team options are listed below. Teams must start and finish together.

Teams of 2

Adult female           --   adult female + adult female
Adult  male             --   adult male + adult male

Adult mixed            --   adult male + adult female
Female Youth        --   female under 18 years + female under 18 years
Male Youth             --  male under 18 years + male under 18 years

Mixed Adult/Youth --  male or female under 18 + adult male or female


Business/Community   --  2-6 male or female 

Squad     --   5 teams - any team combination

You can nominate to be part of a squad. A squad is 5 teams of 2 people, that is 10 participants.  Each individual team competes on its own merits but is additionally competing for a trophy prize for the squad that has the overall best time!

Included in your entry fee:

·         Race numbers

·         End of race BBQ plus non-alcoholic drink

·         Canoes, paddles and personal floating devices (PFD’s)

·         Maps and race instructions

·         A great day out!

Entry requirements, all participants must:

·         Bring a suitable mountain bike in good repair

·         Bring an Australian approved cycling helmet worn at all times

·         Bring a space blanket (one per team) (can be purchased on the day)

·         Bring a pealess whistle (one per team) (can be purchased on the day)

·         Bring a mobile phone (one per team and best in a waterproof bag)

·         Wear protective clothing and appropriate shoes (suggest a waterproof jacket)

·         Have a basic level of fitness and must be able to swim 50m

·         Minimise their impact on the environment during the event and respect other users of the land

·         Accept responsibility for themselves and their belongings

·         Be prepared to follow the rules and conditions included in the final instructions

 

Insurance

Noah’s Challenge is covered by its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out your own insurance accident and ambulance cover for the event. Your private health insurance policy may include this, but you will need to check with them.
