Instructions

Please be aware that the Lane Cove M-10 race will include 10km laps for all Divisions (except Div 12)

ALL competitors are required to wear Lifejackets for this event.

Any competitor not wearing a Lifejacket will not be allowed to start.

Any competitor who removes a Lifejacket after starting will be disqualified.
