Club Run Instructions

Welcome to Coastal Motorcycle Club Club Run 1 on Sunday 12th April 2015.

Entering online beforehand means you can bypass sign-on and go straight to the Scrutineering shed.

Please make your selections carefully.

You must be a member of an MWA affiliated club to compete at this event. One Day Memberships are available, please select from Optional Items. This will make you a member of CMCC for event day only.

You require a Race Licence for this Event also. One Day Licences are available, please select from the Optional Items and your licence will be ready for you on the day. Junior riders must have completed a 5 hour kickstart course and have a signed logbook for the competency in which they wish to compete. If a Junior has not held any form of MWA licence before, a copy of their Birth Certificate must be shown to the Race Secretary at sign on.



Please ensure that you read in full the Club Run Information for this event on the Coastal MCC Website www.coastalmcc.com before completing your registration.



Each entry and each class will require a separate entry, i.e. if you would like to enter a second person or second class you will have the option before paying to add a second person or class at the end of your first registration. (On the Summary page you click on the blue button which is located on the bottom left of the screen to add another registration).



Registrations will close at 23:59 pm on 21st March 2014 after which a flaggie roster will be drawn up.

You must also provide a flaggie for one flag shift.



Refunds will only be given on production of a medical certificate and giving at least one day’s notice to the Race Secretary. Refunds will not be given for ‘change of mind'.
