Whether you are looking for a fun family adventure or an extreme MTB challenge
this event, set in Eungella national park, is sure to satisfy. Pedal your way
through lush rainforest on a winding single track crossing platypus inhabited
creeks and rivers. Then head out to tackle challenging fire roads in the back
country before making your way back to finish above the clouds and on top of the world!
Why not make a weekend of it? We have planned family events and entertainment
on the Saturday evening and encourage all participants to camp out with us at the
Eungella cricket oval Saturday night before the event. Eungella National Park
is situated 80km west of Mackay.
The MMM is a mountain bike adventure ride catering for all ages and skill levels.
The event will start and finish at Eungella. There will be 3 components to the MMM
all of which will be held on Sunday August 2nd at 8am...

15km Recreation Course - for younger riders (14+) or those wanting to
participate in a mountain bike event for the first time.

38km Sport Course - designed to challenge those (16+) who are familiar with the sport

80km Marathon Course - competitive course with $2,000 cash up for grabs in the "Platypus Trophy" (18+)
The track consists of a combination of fire roads, bitumen, winding single track,
creek crossings, and amazing views of the pioneer valley.
The conditions along the courses will be varied, from lush rainforest, to arid bush land,
you will need to be prepared for all conditions.
