CLOSING DATES:
Please pay particular attention to the Closing Dates and Late Entry Dates for each Round which are detailed in the Supplementary Regulations.
All entries will close two weeks before each round and two weeks before the first round for Series Entries. The closing date shown on the Register Now 'opening page' is the closing date for late entries, NOT the closing date for standard entries.
SERIES ENTRIES:
If you would like to enter the whole Series, please ensure you select 'Enter All Series Events' to ensure you receive the discounted rate which is equal to one round free of charge (rider's fee only - transponder fees will still apply for each round).
ADDITIONAL RIDERS OR CLASSES:
Each class or rider will need to be added separately At the current time, Register Now has resolved certain bugs, you will not have the opportunity to add another class or child to your registration so that you only enter certain details once and pay once. You will need to pay for each child and each class separately.
TRANSPONDERS:
Transponders are compulsory. Either the hire (including admin fee $15) or admin fee only ($5) has been added to your entry fee, depending on which option you choose (Transponder or No Transponder).
LATE ENTRIES
Late entries will be accepted with a $50.00 fee and compulsory flag duty. For series late entries you will receive a $50.00 late entry fee and flag duty for the first round, not all rounds.
