Pinnacles Classic

Welcome to the Pinnacles Classic 2015, where the hills become mountains as you progress along the course!

Many years ago the legendary Peter Holles from the Brookfield Runners initiated the race along this tough course around the Gold Creek Reservoir.  Starting life as a small scale friendly race, with a sausage and a beer at the end to refuel the legs, this run has grown into a popular hit-out to test the fitness of locals and the not so locals.  

Every odd year the race is run anti-clockwise, every even year the race is run clockwise.  So, this year we'll take off up the hills to the right of the GC Reservoir.

There will be two waves this year.   Wave 1 (6:40) for really slow runners who would like to smell the flowers along the way, and who would like see the race go past them, and wave 2 (7:00am) for all other runners.  Register now, but nominate your wave on the day when you pick up your race bib from the registration table at least 30min before your start.

Please note that the winners and placings are taken from wave 2!
