2015 Darlington Half Marathon Course
We are pleased to launch our 7th annual Darlington Half Marathon Training Course for 2015.
The Darlington Half Marathon is one of Western Australia’s longest standing runs and has developed a cult status amongst running enthusiasts with a challenging course and beautiful semi-rural setting.
As one of our most popular Front Runner courses, we are excited to once again offer the 2015 course in 4 locations! There will be Northern Beaches, South of the River plus City Morning and City Afternoon courses to ensure we provide you with expert coaching, as well as convenience to accomodate your work and lifestyle demands.
This Half Marathon training course is equally suited to those looking to run their first half marathon, regular joggers with some fun run experience or regular runners looking to lower an existing personal best with a periodised build up to the event in a fun and friendly training environment.
As always, you can trust our expert coaching team to deliver excellence in knowledge and professional service at all training sessions as you team up with a fun and friendly group of fellow enthusiasts chasing individual and collective success!
The course will fill quickly so please do not delay in signing up.
For only $239 (inc GST) per participant you will receive the following :
- 9 week Specific Training plan including 3 supervised sessions per week and commencing Monday, January 12th

- Monday 5.30-6.45pm Tempo Run; Lake Monger
- 1 x per week Self Directed Easy Run
- Thursday 5.30-6.45pm Steady OR Threshold Run; Lake Monger
- Saturday 7.00-9.00am Endurance; Various Locations
- City Morning
- Tuesday 6.15am-7.15am Tempo Run: The Running Centre/Kings Park
- 1 x per week Self Directed Easy Run
- Thursday 6.15-7.15am Steady/Threshold Run; The Running Centre/Kings Park
- Saturday 7.00-9.00am Endurance; Various Locations
