Changing Event Distances
You may change event distances up to one week before the event.
Organisers will withdraw you and provide a refund (minus a small charge
from RegisterNow). You can then register in the new distance event.
No event changes can be accommodated in the week before the event. We feel this
is very fair and not common in other events. You are only permitted
to participate in the event you are registered for. Participating in
any other distance will cause significant problems for the organisers and
makes reconciling the results very difficult.
Withdrawals
If you are forced to withdraw refunds are available up to one week
before the event (minus a small charge from RegisterNow). In the week before
the event no refund will be paid.
Failure to Complete your Event
You must notify the organisers if you are unable to complete the event you started.
This is important for us to understand what occurred on the day and to help
reconcile the results.
