This application is to be completed by your parent/guardian and the participant must be at least 16 at the time of camp and up to 17 years of age (at the time of registering) to proceed.

 Thank you for your interest in registering as a Team Member on our Juniors Summer Camp. Please note a number of SafeChurch checks are required prior to your approval as an under 18 team member.  These include:
- Current Application for SafeChurches Leadership
- Attendance at a SafeChurch workshop (within the last 3 years)

Please note the registration fee for camp leaders is $140.

If applying to lead on two camps this Summer, the cost per camp is reduced to $120 each. Please apply the code 'TWOCAMPS' when asked for a promotional code on both registrations.
