Please ensure that you read in full the Club Run Information for this event on

YOU MUST PROVIDE A FLAGGIE FOR ONE SHIFT AT THIS EVENT.
NO FLAGGIE, NO RIDE, NO EXCUSES.
Each entry and each class will require a separate entry,
i.e. if you would like to enter a second person or second class you will
have the option before paying to add a second person or class at the end
of your first registration. (On the Summary page you click on the blue button
which is located on the bottom left of the screen to add another registration).
Registration will open at 7am on 18th October 2014 and will close at 23:59 pm on Friday 31st October 2014.
Non-CMCC members are welcome to enter, but you will not be scored.
You no longer need to be a member of another MWA affiliated club to ride this event.
Please select “Riders fee plus
One Day Membership fee”. Total Cost $60.
In order to enter this event, you must be the holder of a race licence.
A one day event licence is available and can be booked and paid for with
your entry and will be ready for you on the day. You must select “Riders fee
plus One day race licence fee”. Total Cost $95. However a Junior Rider must
have completed a 5 hour kick start course and must produce their log
book on the day. Senior riders wishing to purchase a one day event licence should either
have a current road bike licence or a signed MWA Competency
Endorsement and must produce it on the day.
The above conditions also apply to a rider who is not a
member of CMCC and does not have a current race licence Please select Rider fee
plus One Day member fee plus one day race licence fee” (Total cost $115) You also must provide a flaggie for one
flag shift.
Refunds will only be given on production of a
medical certificate and giving at least one day’s notice to the Race Secretary. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
