Instructions

On The Day....

Please remember to bring your tents, marques and shelters. There is plenty of on course space for all, get a bunch of mates together and come up and make a day of it. Have a run and then sit back, enjoy the company, have a cold drink and watch others do the running.

Remember you will also have to carry 500ml of water (whatever way you feel comfortable with – fuel belt, hand held bottle, pack) to run.
