YMCA of Canberra Half Marathon 2014

Registrations are closed


No entries on Sunday morning. Online Registrations are now closed. Late entries will be taken at Lennox Gardens Yarralumla on Saturday afternoon 17th May between 2 and 4 pm. Non YMCA Runners Club members $80 - YMCA Runners Club members $60 Credit card or cash payments taken. Repeat - No entries on Sunday morning.

YMCA of Canberra Runners Club members receive a discounted entry. The early bird entry of $60 reduces by $20. When you select the Yes to the membership question your name will be checked against out 2014 membership.

Race HQ is at Lennox Gardens, off Flynn Drive, Yarralumla, ACT just behind the Hyatt Hotel Canberra.
 
Refunds will not be made except in exceptional circumstances. In all instances an administration fee will apply.  No refunds after 6 May.


Entries will close when field reaches 600.
There is no time limit for the half marathon.

Timing chips, pins and race bibs will be available on Saturday afternoon 2pm to 4pm and again before Half Marathon on Sunday morning at Race HQ.  Race bibs are to be worn on the front of the upper body and must not be defaced in any way.

Drink Stations will be situated approximately every 4k. They will serve water and sports drink.  A drink station will also be at the finish.

PARKING

On Sunday morning for the half marathon you are requested not to park on the lakeside or western side of Flynn Drive. Similarly you are requested also not to park on Alexandrina Drive between its junction with Flynn Drive and the top entrance to Mariner Place. There will be ample parking in the Kaye Street area, along with the Finance car park on the other side of Commonwealth Avenue using the underpass or in the Lotus Bay area. If you park in the Lotus Bay area particularly on the beach or lakeside please ensure that you do not block the boat ramp access.
