1.  All entrants are entitled to a free t-shirt.  Each Individual entry receives one shirt,
each Team entry (including Family team entry) receives one shirt per team member.

2.  Anyone entering the Great Volcanic event only (that will be most entrants)
should IGNORE the option for 'Athletics NSW Membership'.  That option is
intended only for those runners wishing to be part of the NSW Mountain Running
Championship.  The cost of registering as a 'Winter Athlete' with ANSW is $63.00
