Registrations are now closed. You can still enter on the day, please get there early to allow plenty of time to register!!
Wave Starts
Please seed yourself according to your times;
- If you can run a sub 52min 10km you will start in the First Wave,
- If you run over that or don't feel like running with the first group please start in the Second Wave, or
- If you are running the 13km option please pick Wave Three
On race day, please remember that you will also have to carry 500ml of water (whatever way you feel comfortable with – fuel belt, hand held bottle, pack)
