Please note, any profit from this race goes to one of the charities we support, and at our discretion, the surplus funds will be distributed to these worthy organisations in Australia, India and South Africa(Currently).
If you enter, and fail to turn up on race day, there will be no refunds, under any circumstance.
If for any reason, we cancel the race, we will retain 20% of your entry fee for the charities, plus an unspecified amount to cover our costs up until that time, then we will work out a refund for you.Unfavourable weather conditions-Rain/Storms etc, not heat, will be the main reason for cancellation.
If you don't accept the above terms, its simple, don't enter.(Its your choice)
Further more by entering this event, you consent to your personal information being provided to Athletics Australia Ltd and ‘state association’ for the purpose of registering you as a recreational running class of member of ‘state association’ and for administering the iRun program.
