Online Ticket Sales
Register Now can provide online sales and data collection of ticketing information for
your event. We can provide online services to accept payments for tickets which includes
data collection for the people attending your event. This data is then used for a door list and
ticketing purposes.
Please Note: Register Now does not produce or sell paper tickets. However, Register Now can distribute your
tickets as sales occur if they are provided to us at a cost of $0.80 per mailed item (including postage).
A database of your ticket sales can be downloaded at any time from our client log in facility.
If you don't print paper tickets then this file can form your door list for the event.
If you do use paper tickets then this list can be ised to create address labels via mail merge.
We offer two payment options for online ticketing.
• Fixed ticket price - the person chooses quantity only.
• Variable ticket prices (e.g. adult/child which may have different prices).
You also have the option of asking your customers up to 20 questions. These questions may be specific
to your event or may be any other piece of information you wish to ask (e.g. Who do you wish to sit with?
or How did you find out about the Event?).
Upon completion of the transaction the user is sent an email with ticket information and a tax invoice.
You can choose to have a copy of these emails sent to your organisation for audit purposes.
