Our standard software automatically sends a confirmation email to each user making a registration/payment through our system. This confirmation is an HTML formatted email which includes the transaction details as well as a tax invoice.
Register Now allows you to customise the contents, layout, and images of this confirmation email to match the look and feel of your website.
Any valid HTML format can be used to create a customised confirmation email for your event. Register Now offers a standard list of merge fields (e.g. Name, Address, Category/Payment Type) that can be inserted into the confirmation email for a personalised appearance.
The most basic form of customisation is the addition of text in the bottom of the email, which may include instructions for participants of your event.
A more advanced form of customisation allows you to display images and text that match the exact look and feel of your website. The advanced customisation also allows you to display images and text from your sponsors on each email sent to participants of your event.
